With the multi-user add-on, the moderation process is automated. Authorisation requests will be sent straight to decision-makers' inboxes. Only their click can publish an email, giving you certainty that no emails are sent without approval.
Each account user can be given a specific role that best matches their function and responsibilities inside a project. You can select from a number of predefined roles, or create customer roles based on your needs, each with a unique set of rights that will define their access level (e.g. read-only).
